Meet Our Electrical Manager, James Munce.
Say Hello to James!
James is our highly skilled and experienced electrical manager, who has been with us for just under six months. He is well-versed in everything electrical and is very creative with new and innovative ideas.
We felt it was time you got to know James on a more personal level. As well as managing the fitting of our electric vehicle charge points and completing other electrical works – James also conducts our home surveys for EV charge point installs and manages our team of electricians.
Hi James. Tell us, why did you decide to join Refresh NI?
”Refresh is the best-kept secret in Northern Ireland. I see the major potential within this company, from its owners down to the guys on the road. To be the best, you’ve got the work with the best. So having the opportunity to work here was a no-brainer.”
How did you get to where you are today?
”I achieved a place on an electrical installation program which got me to where I am today.
I became qualified and obtained as many electrical qualifications as possible before setting up my own business in 2019. After a few years, I felt I needed a change and got offered a great opportunity within Refresh, where I currently work as the electrical manager.”
Describe your life outside of work.
”Dad Life, Husband Life, Gym Life. I spend my weekend doing lots of activities with my family and catching up on the sports.”

”With the constant development of new technology in the electrical industry, every day is a school day. Being able to learn something new every day is what I love most.”
