Excellent,our gas boiler was damaged in the storm. We had a new boiler and a wall mounted cabinet fitted. The two guy where very professional and skilled in what they did. They removed all the debris from site left it tidy. Well pleased with final job on completion. Would highly recommend Refresh NI.

Outstanding service. Booked in for a boiler service which discovered a dangerous fault with the boiler. Within 2 hours of completing the service, Refresh NI had sourced parts and sent 2 engineers out to repair the fault. Highly recommended, everyone I have spoken to have been beyond helpful and the prompt action resulted in the boiler being repaired the same day.

I ordered an Ohme Pro charger two weeks ago from Refresh NI. A few days later, an engineer came to do a survey, which I really like, unlike other companies where an engineer comes to install something and something is missing, like PodPoint. The charger was installed two days ago, everything is neatly routed, aesthetically pleasing, and cleaned up after the work. I recommend Refresh NI and am considering installing solar panels and a battery in the future.

I really can't fault our experience with RefreshNI. From getting a quote to organising the installation of our new boiler. It was all completed within a week. The admin staff were very helpful in organising a time, to commence work, to meet our schedule. Very prompt, friendly and professional in all their correspondence. Louis was the engineer allocated to our job to remove the old boiler and install the new one. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. His work was excellent and considering the small space he was working in, he left it spotless. I've just had an air source heat pump installed and it has been an extremely positive experience. From start to completion, Josh and the team at Refresh NI were friendly, professional and great with all communication. The team that came on to install it were a great bunch of guys who were friendly, respectful and fantastic at what they do, they left my house clean and clutter free everyday and the finish is better than what I thought it would be. Refresh NI were booked to convert my domestic heating from oil to gas, and to put new insulation in the loft and install roof vent tiles. A team of 5 workmen arrived promptly on the appointed day, and carried out the plumbing, and electrical work efficiently on a freezing cold day. Every one of the team were polite and helpful and I would highly recommend them.

I recently had a Worcester Greenstar 3000 Combi boiler installed to replace a 17yr old conventional boiler along with a radiator replacement and I couldn’t be happier. Really fantastic customer service and the most competitive on price. Very communicative and prompt at every stage from survey to installation. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new boiler. I was recommended by a family member and would 100% agree. The tradesmen arrived on time, answered all my questions, took away the old system and water tanks and left the place spotless. Having work done on your home can be very stressful. Refresh NI took the stress out of the whole process. From the office administrators the inspectors and the team at my home. They managed to make the whole process painless.my carpet was covered throughout the house and when the work was completed the carpet was hoovered. I was able to put the furniture back that night. We had a new Worcester Greenstar 4000 Boiler and 7 new Radiators installed by Refresh Property Solutions on 4 August 2025. I was very impressed with Refresh NI from start to finish - from delivery of the quotation to final install of the boiler system. What a difference this has made in my home especially one gable end of house which always experienced the high winds . Always noticed this wall was cold but didn't realise my old insulation which was in 25 years had gaps. Now it's fabulous no cold wall and rooms feel warmer. All fellas did a great job hardly taking a tea break to get the job completed. Highly recommend getting an inspection done and refilling cavity wall insulation. Radiators were also finished off with heat retaining foil and a vent put in very discretely at side for ventilation from large stove . Would also say before you get insulation done check if any cracks in walls first as ideally these be filled first . First camera inspection would be great if this was advised before to prep for fellas coming . Otherwise super service !

I reported a boiler fault at 12.35 on Tuesday 6th. Mark and Wayne were here by 14.30, unfortunately they didn't have the part required but by 13.30 the next day Chris arrived and had my boiler up and running, Refresh NI and their engineers couldn't have been more professional and approachable a big thanks to everyone I was in contact with. Refresh fitted my home with an EV charger. It was a seamless job start to finish even though it required rerouting the electric from the front of the house to the back, taking up floorboards and carpets etc. Very professional and everything works great! Highly recommend
