The recent conversion from the oil system to gas, provided by Refresh NI, was very efficient. The team arrived puctually, got on with the task in hand, left the home tidy and completed the job by mid afternoon! Great team effort! Very grateful to all concerned!!

A first class experience from beginning to end! The application forms were easy to fill in.Throughout, I had speedy email responses with useful email and phone reminders and check up phone calls. They answered my calls to them immediately and the team couldn't do more to help with the survey and pre installation preparation. The actual installation day was so much less stressful than I had envisaged. Mark and his team were such an organised bunch. RefreshNI have looked after my rental property’s maintenance for years. The work is undertaken to a high standard and, on the rare occasion that there have been issues, they have listened to the feedback and the issues have been resolved. Most recently, this winter, they installed a new gas boiler extremely quickly for my tenants, after the existing boiler broke down and my tenants were left without heat & hot water. EV charger installed by Refresh on Wednesday. Meter board was based in the middle of a house, leaving the install extremely tricky, Darragh did a brilliant job, both doing the install and hiding the cable. I strongly recommend!

We changed our heating system from oil to gas and also required cavity wall insulation. From our first contact with Pippa to discuss our requirements to completion the whole process was seamless. We were so impressed by the two teams who came to do the work. Their standard of work and the way they conducted themselves was so professional, from covering floors before they started to leaving the areas they worked in spotless. They were so pleasant and courteous and a pleasure to have them working in our home. Refreshni has our highest recommendation.

Excellent,our gas boiler was damaged in the storm. We had a new boiler and a wall mounted cabinet fitted. The two guy where very professional and skilled in what they did. They removed all the debris from site left it tidy. Well pleased with final job on completion. Would highly recommend Refresh NI.

I really can't fault our experience with RefreshNI. From getting a quote to organising the installation of our new boiler. It was all completed within a week. The admin staff were very helpful in organising a time, to commence work, to meet our schedule. Very prompt, friendly and professional in all their correspondence. Louis was the engineer allocated to our job to remove the old boiler and install the new one. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. His work was excellent and considering the small space he was working in, he left it spotless. I've just had an air source heat pump installed and it has been an extremely positive experience. From start to completion, Josh and the team at Refresh NI were friendly, professional and great with all communication. The team that came on to install it were a great bunch of guys who were friendly, respectful and fantastic at what they do, they left my house clean and clutter free everyday and the finish is better than what I thought it would be. I would have no hesitation in recommending Refresh NI.

I have just had an EV Charger installed by the wonderful folks at Refresh NI. I wish I had discovered these guys sooner!I was let down several times by a big UK company and several local electricans, didnt get back to me or just didnt bother showing up. I decided to search further afield ( I am in Portadown) and within the day, Lewis Gaw, had responded to my query with a quote at an attractive price. I had a few questions and wanted to change the color of the charger which Lewis done for me within a few minutes. Offered me a date a week later and that was that! NO messing, NO fuss, just goood service which is super rare these days.Lewis kept in contact throughtout, untill today, when Darragh the electrician came out to do the install, 30 minutes early!. A nice fella, very personable and polite. Gave me a good run down of what he was going to do, and was done in no time.Now I can finally save some money on home charging as I was spending a fortune using the public network.Lewis and Darragh are a credit to the company, and I hope to be able to use Refresh NI for any future work!

Refresh NI were booked to convert my domestic heating from oil to gas, and to put new insulation in the loft and install roof vent tiles. A team of 5 workmen arrived promptly on the appointed day, and carried out the plumbing, and electrical work efficiently on a freezing cold day. Every one of the team were polite and helpful and I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service. Booked in for a boiler service which discovered a dangerous fault with the boiler. Within 2 hours of completing the service, Refresh NI had sourced parts and sent 2 engineers out to repair the fault. Highly recommended, everyone I have spoken to have been beyond helpful and the prompt action resulted in the boiler being repaired the same day.

I ordered an Ohme Pro charger two weeks ago from Refresh NI. A few days later, an engineer came to do a survey, which I really like, unlike other companies where an engineer comes to install something and something is missing, like PodPoint. The charger was installed two days ago, everything is neatly routed, aesthetically pleasing, and cleaned up after the work. I recommend Refresh NI and am considering installing solar panels and a battery in the future.

I recently had a Worcester Greenstar 3000 Combi boiler installed to replace a 17yr old conventional boiler along with a radiator replacement and I couldn’t be happier. Really fantastic customer service and the most competitive on price. Very communicative and prompt at every stage from survey to installation. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new boiler. Having work done on your home can be very stressful. Refresh NI took the stress out of the whole process. From the office administrators the inspectors and the team at my home. They managed to make the whole process painless.my carpet was covered throughout the house and when the work was completed the carpet was hoovered. I was able to put the furniture back that night. I reported a boiler fault at 12.35 on Tuesday 6th. Mark and Wayne were here by 14.30, unfortunately they didn't have the part required but by 13.30 the next day Chris arrived and had my boiler up and running, Refresh NI and their engineers couldn't have been more professional and approachable a big thanks to everyone I was in contact with. Refresh fitted my home with an EV charger. It was a seamless job start to finish even though it required rerouting the electric from the front of the house to the back, taking up floorboards and carpets etc. Very professional and everything works great! Highly recommend

Just had a review inspection of our property to make it more energy efficient. Inspector was very polite, gave us all relevant information required. We feel very confident moving forward and any work done will be carried out to a high expectation.

Very thorough, when doing the gas boiler and appliance servicing. Very efficient and explained everything that needed to repaired showing us where the faults where. Others in previous yearly services had said a new boiler would be required soon, but these engineers sent in a fault report to there company and were able to order replacement parts for us, fit them and test them once they completed the repairs, saving us a lot of money compared to the cost of having to replace the boiler. This was very much appreciated.

The Refresh Team have been great from start to finish. Their work was very clean and tidy. Everyone I spoke to either on the phone or at my house was friendly and efficient. A speedy job well done.
