I am writing to formally highlight several issues that occurred during the recent gas-from-oil installation carried out by Refresh Property Solutions. It is my assertion that several aspects of the work were not completed to an adequate or professional standard. One of the most concerning matters pertains to the removal of old pipework. Although full access was available to remove the redundant pipework from the upstairs bedroom, this was not undertaken. Consequently, the old pipework remained in place and obstructed the recessed lighting in the living room below. The recessed light fittings could not be restored to their proper position as the pipework was physically impeding the recess. In my view, this situation presented a serious and potentially catastrophic fire risk. Pipework pressing against the recess housing electrical light fittings is wholly unacceptable and raises significant safety concerns regarding the quality of the work performed. I would also like to highlight that the pipework situated above our skirting was not fully boxed in. These issues were brought to the attention of Refresh Management, who subsequently returned to our property to assess and rectify the problems. I possess photographic evidence supporting the issues raised, and Refresh has been provided with copies of all correspondence. Furthermore, I would personally not recommend Refresh to friends or family. At present, I am awaiting an inspection of our installation by NISEP, to whom I will also express all my concerns regarding these matters.

Even after organising for someone to do a complete refit of my mums boiler they are still in contact with me and contacting the company for us when there's no commication they have done way more than above and beyond Will always recommend this company especially ashlee who has been the most amazing person to deal with this
Excellent,our gas boiler was damaged in the storm. We had a new boiler and a wall mounted cabinet fitted. The two guy where very professional and skilled in what they did. They removed all the debris from site left it tidy. Well pleased with final job on completion. Would highly recommend Refresh NI.

Recently had an air source heat pump installed by RefreshNI , and it was the best managed house project I’ve ever been part of. All central heating system upgrades are very disruptive, but the contractors at Refresh used left my house cleaner than when they had started! Very swift and effective as well.
