Welcome back to our meet the team series! Meet Ashlee, our Office Manager.
Ashlee has been at Refresh NI since we started up and plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the business.
Ashlee helps out all of our staff daily, from our office-based staff to the guys out on the road, ensuring all operations in the business run smoothly as possible.
So Ashlee, tell us a bit about your time with Refresh
”Throughout my career, I have always worked in an office-based position. Before I was promoted to Office Manager, I worked in accounts for five years. So I knew Refresh would be a great fit for me.
I love what I do here at Refresh, with a focus on energy efficiency and reducing your carbon footprint. I also love how my role now involves both accounts as well as admin!
We have a great team spirit here in the office, it feels more like an extended family.”
If you could add one thing to the Refresh office, what would it be?
”A pool table would be amazing.”
Describe yourself using only three words.
”Friendly, Reliable and Hard Working.”
The controversial question in the office… Who do you think makes the best cup of tea/coffee?
”Jack lol”
If you could meet one person, living or dead, who would it be?
”It would have to be David Attenborough, I think he would tell some amazing stories!”
Describe your ideal weekend off work
”A weekend down at my caravan in Newcastle, with a walk along the beach or at Tullymore, followed by a nice lunch/tea with a few drinks.”
What are you most proud of?
”My two children, Brandon and Nikita.”
You are going to a desert island, what three items are you bringing with you?
”Apart from my family… I would bring a fishing rod, a tent and a pot to survive.”
Looking back, what advice would you give to your younger self?
”To live in the moment!”
Finally, who would you like to swap places with for a day in Refresh?
”One of the guys on the install team, so I could watch a job from start to finish and see all of the hard work that goes into an installation.”
