Boiler Replacement Finance Offer Terms and Conditions
New Boiler Replacement offer price of £1,700 including VAT is based upon the following standard specification :
- Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i (30kW) Gas Boiler with 10 Manufacturers Parts and Labour Warranty.
- Standard Horizontal Flue.
- Keyless Filling Loop.
- EPH Combi Pack 4 Wireless Heating Controls.
- AICO Carbon Monoxide Alarm.
- Sigma Filter.
- Connection of new boiler to existing electrical connections.
If, upon survey, above specification is not deemed suitable for the customer propert – additional or replacement items will be subject to an additional charge.
Offer applies only to replacement of existing Natural Gas boilers on a ”Like for Like” basis.
Refresh NI reserve the right to add a labour charge if, upon survey, it is determined that due to specific circumstances of customer property, a significantly longer amount of labour time will be required to complete installation.
If an additional charge is added to the quotation, 0% finance will continue to be available on the revised total cost.
The offer price does not include the cost of the Building Control Application. Refresh NI can complete the Building Control Application Fee of £72 would be payable by the customer in addition to the standard specification price.
