On Friday, our team paid a visit to another highly satisfied couple who we recently completed an oil-to-gas conversion for. The customer had a large bulky oil tank, but thanks to the Phoenix Efficiency Plus NISEP Scheme, the couple was able to avail of grant funding to help them get rid of their oil tank and make the ultimate home improvement by converting from oil to gas. The couple now has access to instant hot water, more storage space, strong water pressure, and highly efficient heating.
We asked the couple, ‘’How did you hear about us?’’
‘’You converted our daughter from oil to gas and she passed us on to you, we could see firsthand your standard of work and we could not believe there was no mess. A friend of ours also received the same service and were super pleased with the results.’’
‘’What has been the highlight of your conversion?’’
‘’We cannot believe how quickly the water heats up, the whole water pressure of the house has doubled which is so much better for us. The heating comes on so quickly, we never have the heating on for more than an hour! Such a difference when we compare it to our oil heating. We also love how you can turn the heating on/off and adjust the temperature from anywhere in the house with the portable thermostat.’’
‘’Is there any way we could improve our service?’’
‘’No complaints whatsoever, the staff were all great. We liked how you could get the job done in one day, other companies were quoting at least three days. The staff was efficient turning up when they said they would at 7:30 am and kept in contact with us throughout the day on timings. The service provided was great, no mess was left behind, with all rubbish and the oil tank removed. You could not tell anyone had been in the house!’’
‘’Finally, would you recommend us?’’
‘’We are over the moon, we would recommend you to anyone. In fact, we have already passed you on to a few keen friends. We don’t have one complaint which is unusual for me. Everything was great, thank you.’’
