Meet Pippa, our Sales Manager!
Our Sales Manger Pippa may be a familiar face to many as she has been with Refresh NI since day one.
For those who may not be familiar, Pippa is our Sales Manager. Pippa is very customer oriented and enjoys getting to know Refresh NI’s customer base, helping to provide a more personal and tailored service. Pippa is a big part of the Refresh NI team as she is outgoing, enthusiastic, and has a huge work ethic.
No two days are the same in Pippa’s role. As Sales Manger, Pippa completes customer surveys, specifically explaining the service details, the installation process, and what to expect from the service. Pippa has many years of experience in the field of Sales Management and is very knowledgeable about home improvement services. If you have a question, Pippa knows the answer. Moreover, you will find Pippa out and about at events, engaging with customers and explaining the benefits of our services, always with a smile on her face.
Hi Pippa, can you tell us your career path leading you to join as Sales Manager at Refresh NI?
‘’Throughout my career, I have always worked in a customer-facing role with over 30 years of experience. I have 17 years of sales experience working in retail. I then moved into the plumbing and heating industry, where I now have 11 years of experience and learnt from the ground up. I ended up at Refresh, as I felt like it was time for a change in my career and I also know the boss *laughs*’’
What do you love the most about your role as Sales Manager at Refresh NI?
‘’I love how every day is different and I know everyone says that, but no two days are the same because every house is different which provides me with a challenge! I also get to meet lots of new people. But, the icing on the cake is letting people know they are eligible for grants and cashback they previously were not aware of!’’
How would you best describe yourself in three words?
‘’Honest, Trustworthy and Loyal’’
When you are not at work, what do you get up to?
‘’I eat, drink and party… *laughs* I socialize with my friends and family, I have recently taken up cold water swimming which I love. I enjoy watching rugby matches and going for a nice meal with a few G&T’s.’’
What dish are you best known for cooking?
‘’Chilli Con Carne’’
And finally, If you could eat the same thing every day, what would it be?
‘’… Chilli Con Carne *Laughs* My parents thought I was going to have Chilli at my wedding!’’
