Meet The Team | Office Administrator, Natalie

Say Hello to Natalie!

Of course, we are bringing in the new year by introducing yet another member of our team! Today, we introduce Natalie, one of our office administrators.

Natalie has been part of team Refresh NI for over a year and a half. Natalie is a big asset to the team, she brings a lot of hard work and laughter into the office!

Let’s begin Natalie with a little bit of background about your role…

‘’I began working as an administrator at Refresh in June 2021, my role involves answering incoming phone calls, completing customer bookings, and scheduling the work for our engineers. I also complete invoicing and the NISEP eligibility process.

Most days in my role are different, as there is so much to do and it comes with various different challenges. Although, I love that I am always kept busy and the laughter within the office is next to none.’’

Who within the company would you like to swap places with for the day?

‘’I would like to swap positions with Pippa, I would like to have the opportunity to speak with customers face-to-face and have opportunity to gain further industry knowledge.’’

When you were growing up, what did you want to be?

‘’My first choice was to be a Disney Princess! Then,  it was to be an air hostess and fly around the world – Fun fact, before I had my three sons, I was a cabin crew member flying all over Europe!’’

Looking back, what advice would you love to give to your younger self?

‘’Keep your confidence! No one cares what you look like, or what you wear, or how much you weigh – if they do, they aren’t worth it!’’

If someone made a movie about your life, it would be titled…

‘’Sauvignon Blanc – The Musical.’’

And if you could be in one movie, what would it be?

‘’Devil Wears Prada – for all of the clothes and shoes!’’

What would be your ideal weekend off work?

‘’Can you do Disneyland in one weekend?’’

Do you have a bucket list? if so, what is on it? 

‘’Yes of course! I would love to drive across the US in a convertible Mustang, get more tattoos and meet Sir David Attenborough!’’

How would you best describe yourself in three words? 

1. Caring.
2. Funny, according to my kids.
3. Generous.

If you could have dinner with someone living or dead, who would it be?

‘’Sir David Attenborough, he has had a fantastic life and has seen so much, I think it would be an interesting dinner!’’

Finally, if you could add one thing to the office, what would it be?

”A lift! The office stairs are wrecking my knees.”
