Our team paid a visit to thank one of the customers who has continued to show us support, Margaret.
We converted Margaret from oil to gas last year and Margaret stated this conversion was the best decision she could have made as she found oil inconvenient and unreliable, whereas with gas she has instant heat and hot water available which she calls a ‘’home essential’’.
Our team asked, what was the highlight of your service?
‘’I was highly impressed with my gas installation. The team was highly efficient, arriving at 7:30 am and had everything up and running by 4:15 pm on the same day.
The planning was second to none and a bonus was that all unwanted material including the oil tank was removed by Refresh hassle-free.
The boiler is amazing and Wi-Fi controlled and almost one year on, I have not faced any issues with my boiler. I will return for future services!’’
