What Is EICR Testing?

Who Needs An EICR Report?
All rental properties require an EICR Report, based on the latest regulations of The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector. All private landlords should test electrical installations to ensure they are safe and in good working condition for tenants. It is advised that all properties should test electrical sockets every 5 years to ensure they are safe for use.
