Eligible homeowners in Northern Ireland can receive a fully funded grant towards loft and/or cavity wall insulation, draught-proofing, LED lighting and a low-flow showerhead.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this grant, you must:
- Be a homeowner in Northern Ireland
- Have a single annual household income of less than £33,000 or
- Have a total annual household income* of less than £40,000 (*couple or joint/single-parent family with an annual income less than £40,000 gross).
- Self-built/new-build properties, including new extensions, are not eligible for NISEP funding.
Please note: Refresh NI installers must complete the work for the grant to apply. This grant cannot be claimed retrospectively.
