Complete the steps below to register your interest in the 2026/27 NISEP Efficiency Plus Part-Funded Scheme.

Eligible homeowners in Northern Ireland will receive a grant of 60% off a natural gas central heating system* with an ‘A’-rated gas boiler (and fully-funded cavity wall insulation and/or loft insulation, where necessary).

Once submitted, our team will be in contact with you to complete the application process.

*Phoenix Energy licence area only: Greater Belfast Area, Lisburn, Co. Down, East Antrim, East Down.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this grant, you must:

  • Be a homeowner in Northern Ireland
  • Have a single annual household income/pension of less than £45,000* gross or
  • Have a total annual household income* of less than £50,000 (*couple or joint/single-parent family with an annual income less than £50,000 gross; gross income relates to income received per household, including benefits, salary, etc., before tax).

*Please Note: This grant is means tested – you will be required to provide proof of income (e.g., payslip, P60, benefit statement) prior to the arrangement of an on-site survey.
