Complete the steps below to register your interest in the 2026/27 NISEP Efficiency Plus Insulation Fully Funded Scheme.
Eligible homeowners in Northern Ireland will receive a fully funded grant towards cavity wall insulation and/or loft insulation, as well as additional measures.
Once submitted, our team will be in contact with you to complete the application process.
Fully funded additional measures include LED light bulbs, low-flow/eco shower head, hot water tank jacket, reflective radiator panels, and draught-proofing measures.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this grant, you must:
- Be a homeowner in Northern Ireland
- Have a single annual household income/pension of less than £33,000* gross or
- Have a total annual household income* of less than £40,000 (*couple or joint/single-parent family with an annual income less than £40,000 gross; gross income relates to income received per household, including benefits, salary, etc., before tax).
*Please Note: This grant is means tested – you will be required to provide proof of income (e.g., payslip, P60, benefit statement) prior to the arrangement of an on-site survey.
