Meet The Team Monday, Jordan

Jordan joined team Refresh as a plumber six months ago, we felt it was more than time you got to know him ask we ask Jordan a series of questions!

Jordan has been a great addition to the team carrying out a range of tasks with a positive attitude!

Jordan, tell us about your career path.

”When I was 17 I left school, I knew I always wanted to get into a trade, so I decided to complete a course in tech. I have been a qualified plumber for four years, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made!”

What attracted you to apply for the plumbing role at Refresh?

”Refresh provided me with a great opportunity to join the team to help me grow and expand my skills, helping to fulfil my career goals whilst doing something I love at the same time.”

So far, what do you enjoy about your position?

”I would have to say, I love to stand back and see the good work I have completed which is going to help improve someone’s living conditions. Also, I love taking pride in my work.”

What excites you about working here?

”The future opportunities arising in the company, where I could grow and what I could be in a few years.”

Describe your ideal weekend off work

”Staying at home with my daughter and spending time with her! The odd weekend I will go out and have a few drinks with friends.”

And what would be your go-to drink on a night out?

”A Harp Ice.”

If you weren’t a plumber, what would you work as?

”Probably working part-time in a job I don’t like.”

What is something you are proud of?

”This is a tough one… I would have to say how far I have come in plumbing!”

Finally, you are stranded on a desert island, what three items are you bringing with you?

”A sleeping bag, a board game so I don’t get bored, no pun intended! And a tent, all very practical…”
