Our Gas Safe Registered engineers will issue you with a Gas Safety Certificate once your appliances have been serviced. This will explain in detail the checks carried out and indicate if safety standards have been met. To comply with the Landlord’s Gas Safety Record, an annual gas service is required for all landlords and failure to do so could result in financial penalties, imprisonment, or both.
